Established in 1974 by Udo Beierle and still family owned and operated. We fabricate orthodontic appliances, functional, holding and fixed. We offer many different materials for nightguards. We are a fully digital lab to meet the needs of clear aligner treatment planning and surgical guides.

Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.

How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.

What are clear aligners?Clear aligners are a type of orthodontic treatment that uses transparent, plastic trays to straighten teeth. They are a popular alternative to traditional braces due to their discreet appearance and removable nature.

How does clear aligner treatment work?Clear aligner treatment involves wearing a series of custom-made, transparent trays that gradually shift your teeth into the desired position. These trays are worn for a specific period, typically 20-22 hours a day, and are changed every few weeks to accommodate the tooth movement.

If a Dr requests a certain number of stages, but that the software setup calls for more, how is that related to the Dr?You will be given a chance to review all cases and then be able to approve them via email or portal. If we are showing more stages than you prefer, we will discuss why and if changes are needed

What is the turnaround time for setups?You'll be able to review treatment plan within 24-48hrs of case submission.

Aligner treatment delivery once the setup is approved?Once approved you'll receive your patient's full clear aligner treatment in 10 days

Does MINI include attachments and/or IPR?Yes, the MINI will include attachments if needed or requested and all cases will include an IPR chart if IPR is needed

What is the cost of a single replacement stage of an aligner?Replacement stage is $40

Is FLEX only for a single arch?Flex plan pricing $120 design fee is flat fee, whether it's just mandibular or both and then $40 per aligner
